What is Planning Permission?

Our Site Selection Criteria
Land is selected based on strategic importance. Sites marketed through Greenland Properties are chosen to meet the following general criteria:
- Located outside settlement boundaries but in close proximity to established towns or cities
- Situated within areas experiencing high housing demand due to population growth
- Currently without planning permission but with potential for consideration by local planning authorities
- Positioned near existing or planned infrastructure developments
Note: Meeting these criteria does not guarantee planning permission will be granted. Local planning authorities have full discretion over planning decisions.
